Role Overview
We are seeking a highly presentable and fashion-forward Customer Service Representative to join our luxury fashion store. You will be the first face our customers see and the last voice they remember.
The ideal candidate embodies style, confidence, and excellent communication while delivering premium customer experiences that keep people coming back.
This is not a typical retail job. You are a brand ambassador. Your appearance, your energy, and your ability to make people feel special are just as important as your ability to close a sale or resolve an issue.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium, personalised shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and guide them toward pieces that match their style and preferences.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, collections, and brand story.
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage customer records, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
Represent the brand with confidence, elegance, and impeccable grooming at all times.
Collaborate with the team to maintain store presentation and visual standards.
Assist with inventory checks and stock organisation as needed.
Support marketing and promotional activities within the store when required.
What You’ll Need
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and basic computer skills).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Must reside within the Island axis (Lekki Phase 1 and surrounding areas).
Age range: 20–27 years.
A degree in Mass Communication or a related field is an added advantage.
Open to NYSC corpers.
