This Employer Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between GradFill and the participating Employer.
1. Services Provided
GradFill agrees to provide candidate matching services, delivering 3-5 pre-vetted graduate profiles per requested role within 5 working days.
2. Employer Obligations
The Employer agrees to review submitted profiles and schedule interviews promptly to ensure a smooth hiring process.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all candidate data and proprietary business information confidential.
